Why do you think we should choose you?(What sticks out about you)
Nothing, I'm just a regular player, but I'd try my best to keep players from hacking and help players in need

How would you deal with potential fights between 2 players and/or staff members? (ONLY talk about 1 SCENARIO)
I would use logic and see who's right or wrong (if that's the situation) and call someone of higher authority to see about what's happening

Will you quit if we decline your application?
No I won't

MM short app. Too Short.
From what I can see with you're writing you aren't that serious. (Not saying you aren't but the amount of effort you put in is... well you know not good).
There are some apps in this server which were far longer. Far more creative and were presented much more better than this.
I find this app too plain and simple.
You need more depth.
