New section for forum.

Hey guys, my name is Kevin.
I have a suggestion in the forum, and might be helpful for any players, including new.
I know, staff members can answer your question on Xat, but sometimes they are not on.
So, my suggestion is, can we have Question section on Forum?
A basically, what this section do is, players ask questions by making new thread, and anyone can answer that question.
This helps the forum get-going, and get people more active on forum. So, just wondering if we can have Question section on forum.
