Forums will be moved

Due to many suggestions we've had from players, we are moving the forums. We will be using phpBB to run the forums directly from the site. I am well aware of the slowness of the website itself, but the forums will not be half as slow as the site. It has been tested already, and the forums are running smoothly and faster than the site itself.
