cant login in game

please someone help me
i tried to log ingame 50 times with different accounts
always getting the same error
this account is not registered

Do you have a redirector.dll file from another server? if u do redownload the proper dll from google. If you don't know what im talking about then reinstall v111

ive reinstalled it and nothing changed
tried a different cliet from a person that the server works for him and doesnt work either
according to angelic the account exist in the database and she/he can log in the game
i can log in the website
but not ingame as it says my ign doesnt exist
