 register problem

Hello,
Yesterday I downloaded the game, and everything worked besides the login
I registered in the site like 50 times, and I always got the erroe in the game saying that the ID is not registered.
I even asked from Pieman to make me an account, but it didnt help either

Does it matter if i use xp client?
because in win7 client i just getting patch when i click on it.
